Mr. Corey Schwartz handles the overall business functions of College Town Living including sales, marketing, finance, operations, and corporate relations. He is also in charge of identifying new markets, developing marketing strategies, directing research analysis and handling all personnel-related matters.
Prior to forming CTL, Mr. Schwartz spent two years as the Director of Marketing for the University of Miami Athletic Department. His primary responsibilities included marketing several athletic teams with a focus on increasing attendance and revenues. Additionally, he ensured maximum exposure through sales programs, corporate partnerships, public relations, and Internet.
Mr. Schwartz also spent four years with the Miami Heat and AmericanAirlines Arena working in several sales and marketing capacities. After becoming the top producing Account Executive, he was promoted to coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Ticket Sales Department. Within a year, Mr. Schwartz was transferred to Corporate Sales where he developed sponsorship packages, handled revenue allocations, and executed multi-million dollar corporate partnership programs.
Mr. Schwartz received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship from the University of Miami.
